The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

आतिवाहिकदेहस्य तस्य तच्चिरभावनात् ।
सर्गानुभवनं भूरि ब्रह्मणो ब्रह्मरूप्यपि ॥ ५२ ॥

ātivāhikadehasya tasya taccirabhāvanāt |
sargānubhavanaṃ bhūri brahmaṇo brahmarūpyapi || 52 ||

So the long meditation of Brahma, in his spiritual form of the creative power; presented to him the notions of multitudes of worlds, and varieties of creations, of which he became the creator.
