The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.94.9

श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
आ स्मृतं श्रृणु वृत्तान्तं ततो मम जगद्गृहे ।
भ्रमतः सिद्धसेनासु लोकपालपुरीषु च ॥ ९ ॥

śrīvasiṣṭha uvāca |
ā smṛtaṃ śrṛṇu vṛttāntaṃ tato mama jagadgṛhe |
bhramataḥ siddhasenāsu lokapālapurīṣu ca || 9 ||

Vasishtha replied:—Ah! I remember it, and will tell you the particulars, how I wandered throughout these worldly abodes, until I arrived at the city of the Loka-pala deities, and joined with the hosts of Siddhas, traversing in the regions of midway sky.
