The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

प्रतिसूक्ष्माणुकं देहे ततो दृष्टं मया जगत् ।
तत्रेत्थं रूपवानस्मि स्फुटमाभोगि सुस्थिरम् ॥ ३० ॥

pratisūkṣmāṇukaṃ dehe tato dṛṣṭaṃ mayā jagat |
tatretthaṃ rūpavānasmi sphuṭamābhogi susthiram || 30 ||

I looked through every particle of the body, by means of the circulating air; as I viewed every part of the universe by means of the circumambient air; and it is by means of my vital airs, that I conduct this body of mine.
