The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.91.47

वस्तुतस्तस्य खोर्व्यादि नासद्रूपं न सन्मयम् ।
द्रष्टृदृश्यमिवाभाति ब्रह्म चैतत्समं स्थितम् ॥ ४७ ॥

vastutastasya khorvyādi nāsadrūpaṃ na sanmayam |
draṣṭṛdṛśyamivābhāti brahma caitatsamaṃ sthitam || 47 ||

Because the earthly or corporeal body of man, is verily a falsity and has no reality in it; it appears as visual phantom to the sight of the spectator, but in reality it is one with unchanged spirit of God.
