The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.90.26

सीकरोत्कररूपेण रथमारुह्य मारुतम् ।
आमोदेनेव विहितं विमलव्योमवीथिषु ॥ २६ ॥

sīkarotkararūpeṇa rathamāruhya mārutam |
āmodeneva vihitaṃ vimalavyomavīthiṣu || 26 ||

It assumes the form of the showers of rain, and mounts on the back of the driving winds; and then it fills the whole atmosphere, with a sweet aromatic fragrance.
