The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

नित्यं कृषीवलैः कृष्टं वीजितं शिशिरानिलैः ।
तापितं तपनैस्तप्तैरुक्षितं प्रावृडम्बुभिः ॥ ६७ ॥

nityaṃ kṛṣīvalaiḥ kṛṣṭaṃ vījitaṃ śiśirānilaiḥ |
tāpitaṃ tapanaistaptairukṣitaṃ prāvṛḍambubhiḥ || 67 ||

The earth is ploughed daily by bullocks, and sown in the dewy and cold season; it is heated by the solar heat, and moistened by rain water.
