The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

किं नष्टं त्रिजगद्भूयः किं काल्या देहसंस्थितम् ।
परिनृत्यति निर्वाणं कथं पुनरुपागतम् ॥ २ ॥

kiṃ naṣṭaṃ trijagadbhūyaḥ kiṃ kālyā dehasaṃsthitam |
parinṛtyati nirvāṇaṃ kathaṃ punarupāgatam || 2 ||

Say, whether the worlds are wholly destroyed at the end, or they become extinct in the goddess Kali, and reside in her person, and when doth her dance come to an end.
