The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.80.21

सर्वभूतात्मभूतत्वात्सर्वगत्वान्महाकृतिः ।
यानि तस्यानुषक्तानि पञ्च खानीन्द्रियाण्यलम् ॥ २१ ॥

sarvabhūtātmabhūtatvātsarvagatvānmahākṛtiḥ |
yāni tasyānuṣaktāni pañca khānīndriyāṇyalam || 21 ||

Being the soul of all beings, and being present in all places, he is represented in his gigantic form;as his five faces, serve as representations of his five internal organs of sense.
