The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

ऊर्ध्वाधरस्थपरिवृत्तपदार्थजातमन्तःकणैः खणखणायितशैलमज्जम् ।
ब्रह्माण्डकोटरमभूद्विधुरं कुबाललीलाविलोलमिवबिल्वफलं विशुद्धम् ॥ ४९ ॥

ūrdhvādharasthaparivṛttapadārthajātamantaḥkaṇaiḥ khaṇakhaṇāyitaśailamajjam |
brahmāṇḍakoṭaramabhūdvidhuraṃ kubālalīlāvilolamivabilvaphalaṃ viśuddham || 49 ||

At last the vast vault of the mundane world, became as desolate of all its contents and submerged in water; as a goodly bel fruit loses its substance by being tossed about in playful mood from the hands of boys.
