The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

हेमसंभाररूपेण हिमालयमिवाखिलम् ।
जाड्यस्तम्भितनिःशेषजलकाष्ठाचलं दधत् ॥ ३१ ॥

hemasaṃbhārarūpeṇa himālayamivākhilam |
jāḍyastambhitaniḥśeṣajalakāṣṭhācalaṃ dadhat || 31 ||

Lightning like golden sphere in the shape of frigidity of the sort of Himalaya, held all stupefied waters, woods and hills.
