The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.75.40

शनैरीषदिव क्षुब्धैः सह्योऽसह्यत्वमाययौ ।
मध्यमध्यकचत्कार्ष्ण्यभ्रमद्धूमालिमालितम् ॥ ४० ॥

śanairīṣadiva kṣubdhaiḥ sahyo'sahyatvamāyayau |
madhyamadhyakacatkārṣṇyabhramaddhūmālimālitam || 40 ||

The flying fumes had the appearance of the blue sahya mountain in the south (Deccan), from their emitting the flashes of fire in the midst, like the lustre of the gems in that mountain.
