The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

पतत्पर्वतनिष्पिष्टप्लुष्टपत्तनमण्डलम् ।
पचत्पचपचाशब्दशब्दिताद्रीन्द्रकुञ्जरम् ॥ २२ ॥

pacatpacapacāśabdaśabditādrīndrakuñjaram || 22 ||

The burning hamlets and habitations, were crushed and smashed under the falling stones and hills; while the mountain elephants yelled aloud, with their deadly groans and agonies.
