सर्वाद्यः पुरुषः स्वैरमित्यनुत्थित उत्थितः ॥ ४० ॥

kāraṇaṃ sarvakāryāṇāṃ netā kālakriyādiṣu |
sarvādyaḥ puruṣaḥ svairamityanutthita utthitaḥ || 40 ||
