The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

चलज्ज्वालाजटाटोपा विविधोत्पातपङ्कयः ।
पृथ्व्यादीन्यसुरादीनि ब्रह्मोन्मुक्तानि सर्वतः ॥ ५२ ॥

calajjvālājaṭāṭopā vividhotpātapaṅkayaḥ |
pṛthvyādīnyasurādīni brahmonmuktāni sarvataḥ || 52 ||

My flaming and flying portents, with their burning crests and tails, were seen to be flashing all about, and flung by the hands of Brahma, both in the heaven above and earth below.
