The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अग्निदाहजलापूरयुद्धप्रोच्छिन्नमण्डला ।
अवृष्ट्यवग्रहोन्नष्टकष्टचेष्टितपामरा ॥ १३ ॥

agnidāhajalāpūrayuddhaprocchinnamaṇḍalā |
avṛṣṭyavagrahonnaṣṭakaṣṭaceṣṭitapāmarā || 13 ||

The Pamaras or Pariahs, were tormented by burning fires on one side, and floods and draughts of rain water on the other; while waging wars were devastating whole provinces altogether.
