The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अथ चिद्व्योमतां प्राप्तः परां दृष्टिमहं गतः ।
शरत्समयसंप्राप्तौ व्योम निर्मलतामिव ॥ ४ ॥

atha cidvyomatāṃ prāptaḥ parāṃ dṛṣṭimahaṃ gataḥ |
śaratsamayasaṃprāptau vyoma nirmalatāmiva || 4 ||

I then had the sight of an intellectual void in me, which present a clear and fair prospect before me, resembling the clearness of the vacuous vault of heaven in autumnal season.
