The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

चतुर्दशविधा वातवेल्लिता भूतपांसवः ।
नाशाकाशे विलीयन्ते शरदम्भोदलीलया ॥ २० ॥

caturdaśavidhā vātavellitā bhūtapāṃsavaḥ |
nāśākāśe vilīyante śaradambhodalīlayā || 20 ||

All sorts of beings living in the fourteen spheres of the world, are carried away as dust and ashes by the gust of death, to the hollow womb of air, where they disappear as empty clouds in the autumnal sky.
