The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

यदा मामनपेक्ष्यैव स मद्भर्तात्मनि स्थितः ।
तदा विरागो वैरस्यमनयन्मे जगत्स्थितिम् ॥ १६ ॥

yadā māmanapekṣyaiva sa madbhartātmani sthitaḥ |
tadā virāgo vairasyamanayanme jagatsthitim || 16 ||

Because my lord sitting solely upon the meditation of the soul, without the company or any thought about me; has created in me an indifference and distaste to all worldly things in toto.
