The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तुषारनिकराकीर्णं कदलीदलमण्डपम् ।
पश्याम्यूष्माणमुज्झन्तं खदिराङ्गारभीषणम् ॥ ६७ ॥

tuṣāranikarākīrṇaṃ kadalīdalamaṇḍapam |
paśyāmyūṣmāṇamujjhantaṃ khadirāṅgārabhīṣaṇam || 67 ||

I look at our bowers of cooling plantain leaves, and strewn over with snows all over the ground; but fearing them as bushes of thorny brambles, I fly from them far away.
