The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

व्यसनानलसंतप्ताः पतन्तो बाष्पबिन्दवः ।
छमच्छमिति मज्जन्ति कमलोत्पलपङ्क्तिषु ॥ ६५ ॥

vyasanānalasaṃtaptāḥ patanto bāṣpabindavaḥ |
chamacchamiti majjanti kamalotpalapaṅktiṣu || 65 ||

My eyes steam with tears, from the heat of my inward bosom; and they trickle upon and fall down my eyelids, like dew drops on lotus leaves.
