The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.60.29

तत्राहमिव संसारशते भाते मुनीश्वराः ।
दृष्टा वसिष्ठनामानो ब्रह्मपुत्राः सदुत्तमाः ॥ २९ ॥

tatrāhamiva saṃsāraśate bhāte munīśvarāḥ |
dṛṣṭā vasiṣṭhanāmāno brahmaputrāḥ saduttamāḥ || 29 ||

In this manner, I saw in manifold worlds that were manifested before me, many a great muni like myself; all sons of the great Brahma, and named as Vasishthas, and men of great holiness and piety.
