The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.54.29

यथा शून्यत्वमाकाशे द्रवत्वं च यथा जले ।
अन्यतात्ममयी शुद्धा सर्गतेय तथात्मनि ॥ २९ ॥

yathā śūnyatvamākāśe dravatvaṃ ca yathā jale |
anyatātmamayī śuddhā sargateya tathātmani || 29 ||

As there is vacuity in the sky, and fluidity in the water of its own nature; so is there spirituality alone in the soul, which views the world in a spiritual light only.
