The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

जाग्रतो वस्तुतः शून्यात्परिज्ञातान्निवर्तते ।
चित्तभ्रमात्मनो भ्रान्तिरूपास्वादनभावना ॥ ३७ ॥

jāgrato vastutaḥ śūnyātparijñātānnivartate |
cittabhramātmano bhrāntirūpāsvādanabhāvanā || 37 ||

The waking man who knows everything as void and blank, and as the vagary of his vagrant mind ceases to long for the enjoyment of it.
