The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

त्यक्त्वा सर्वविकल्पौघान्विकारानर्थसंकरान् ।
पौरुषेणात्मनैवात्मा स्वयमेव प्रसाद्यताम् ॥ ३६ ॥

tyaktvā sarvavikalpaughānvikārānarthasaṃkarān |
pauruṣeṇātmanaivātmā svayameva prasādyatām || 36 ||

Now shun the various wishes of your heart, which are ever changeful and full of evils; and exert your manliness to exult your soul to the state of meeting with divine grace.
