The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.48.32

जपहोमतपोदानपाठयज्ञक्रियाक्रमैः ।
एष प्रसाद्यते नित्यं नरनागसुरासुरैः ॥ ३२ ॥

japahomatapodānapāṭhayajñakriyākramaiḥ |
eṣa prasādyate nityaṃ naranāgasurāsuraiḥ || 32 ||

This holy spirit is propitiated daily, by men and the serpent tribe, and by gods and demigods also; by their prayers and oblations, by their austerities and almsgivings, as also by their sacrificial rites and recitals of the scriptures.
