The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.45.1

श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
इति विश्रान्तवानेष मनोहरिणकोऽरिहन् ।
तत्रैव रतिमायाति न याति विटपान्तरम् ॥ १ ॥

śrīvasiṣṭha uvāca |
iti viśrāntavāneṣa manohariṇako'rihan |
tatraiva ratimāyāti na yāti viṭapāntaram || 1 ||

Vasishtha continued:—O destroyer of enemies! the deerlike mind having found its rest in that sacred bower, remains quite pleased with the same, and never thinks of going to any other arbour.
