The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

जगद्ब्रह्मतया सत्यमनिर्मितमभावितम् ।
अनिष्ठितं चान्यथा तु नाहं नावगतं च तत् ॥ १० ॥

jagadbrahmatayā satyamanirmitamabhāvitam |
aniṣṭhitaṃ cānyathā tu nāhaṃ nāvagataṃ ca tat || 10 ||

The world is truly the form of Brahma himself, and is neither an actual or ideal existence, nor does it rest on any support; so we are at a loss to understand what is in reality.
