The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

मारैर्न किंचिन्म्रियते जीवैः किंचिन्न जीवति ।
शुद्धसंविन्मयस्यास्य समालोकस्य खस्य च ॥ २८ ॥

mārairna kiṃcinmriyate jīvaiḥ kiṃcinna jīvati |
śuddhasaṃvinmayasyāsya samālokasya khasya ca || 28 ||

There is no living being that lives, or has any property for ever, it is only the inner consciousness that shows the various appearances in the empty space of the mind.
