The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

यान्कार्यकरणव्यूहान्कृतवान्पूर्वमेव तान् ।
संप्रेक्षया न पश्यामि मिथ्याभ्रमभरादृते ॥ ५६ ॥

yānkāryakaraṇavyūhānkṛtavānpūrvameva tān |
saṃprekṣayā na paśyāmi mithyābhramabharādṛte || 56 ||

Whenever I look back into the vast multitude of my past actions, I find them all to be full of mistakes, and not one which was not done in error, or appears to be without a fault or blunder.
