नानिच्छया नेच्छयाथ न सता नासता सदा ।
नैवात्मना न चान्येन नैतैर्मरणजीवितैः ॥ ३७ ॥

nānicchayā necchayātha na satā nāsatā sadā |
naivātmanā na cānyena naitairmaraṇajīvitaiḥ || 37 ||

He is indifferent both to his desire as well as to his coolness, nor has he any care for the reality or unreality of things; he is not concerned about himself or others, nor is he in love with his life nor [has he any] fear of death.
