The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तत एव निराभासात्सत्यान्निर्वासनैषणात् ।
यथास्थितं यथाचारमचलाऽमरशैलवत् ॥ ३ ॥

tata eva nirābhāsātsatyānnirvāsanaiṣaṇāt |
yathāsthitaṃ yathācāramacalā'maraśailavat || 3 ||

Being thus devoid of your desires, and undistinguished in society, continue as steadfast as a rock, in the particular conduct of your station in life.
