The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

पत्रादिवेदनाद्बीजं यथा पत्रादि तिष्ठति ।
परा चित्सर्गसंवित्तिस्तथा भवति सर्गता ॥ ३९ ॥

patrādivedanādbījaṃ yathā patrādi tiṣṭhati |
parā citsargasaṃvittistathā bhavati sargatā || 39 ||

As the seed becomes the plant from its conception of the same in itself, so the divine Intellect becomes the creation itself from its concept of the same.
