The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

परलोकमहाव्याधौ यत्नेनाशु चिकित्सिते ।
इहलोकमयो व्याधिः स्वयमाशूपशाम्यति ॥ १७ ॥

paralokamahāvyādhau yatnenāśu cikitsite |
ihalokamayo vyādhiḥ svayamāśūpaśāmyati || 17 ||

By carefully attending to the treatment of spiritual diseases at present, you will not only be hale and holy in your soul in the next world, but evade all the diseases of this life, which will fly off afar from you.
