येषां च विद्यते सर्गः स्वप्नपुंसामिवासताम् ।
स सर्गः पुरुषास्ते च मृगतृष्णाम्बुवीचिवत् ॥ ११ ॥

yeṣāṃ ca vidyate sargaḥ svapnapuṃsāmivāsatām |
sa sargaḥ puruṣāste ca mṛgatṛṣṇāmbuvīcivat || 11 ||

The unholy souls that view the creation, appearing before them like the dreams of sleeping men; are called sleeping souls, which behold the world rising before them, like the waving waters in a mirage.
