अहं ब्रह्म जगच्चेदमित्यविद्यामयो भ्रमः ।
असत्यः प्रेक्षया ध्वान्तं दीपेनेव न लभ्यते ॥ ६७ ॥

ahaṃ brahma jagaccedamityavidyāmayo bhramaḥ |
asatyaḥ prekṣayā dhvāntaṃ dīpeneva na labhyate || 67 ||

The knowledge that “I am Brahma” (because I am a man) and this other is the world (because it is inanimate) is a gross error proceeding from gross ignorance; but all untruth flies away before investigation, as darkness vanishes before the advance of light.
