The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.29.22

असंकल्पकलङ्कायां ज्ञानाच्चित्तक्षयोदये ।
शुद्धायां संविदि स्थित्वा कुरु मा कुरु वानघ ॥ २२ ॥

asaṃkalpakalaṅkāyāṃ jñānāccittakṣayodaye |
śuddhāyāṃ saṃvidi sthitvā kuru mā kuru vānagha || 22 ||

You may continue to discharge or dispense with your duties altogether, by impairing your mind with knowledge, and resting quietly in your pure consciousness, after it is purged from the stain of appetence.
