The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.25.16

यदा त्वेषा नु दृश्यश्रीर्बोधमात्रैकरूपिणी ।
तदान्येवाप्यनन्यैव सती बोधेन बोध्यते ॥ १६ ॥

yadā tveṣā nu dṛśyaśrīrbodhamātraikarūpiṇī |
tadānyevāpyananyaiva satī bodhena bodhyate || 16 ||

When the outward and visible features of things, are so exactly similar to the notions and knowledge of them that we have in our minds; therefore they appear to be no other than our notions or knowledge of them.
