The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

श्रीराम उवाच ।
सर्वे श्रृणुत भद्रं वो निश्चयेन सुनिश्चितम् ।
आत्मज्ञानात्परं नास्ति गुरोरपि च तद्विदः ॥ १०५ ॥

śrīrāma uvāca |
sarve śrṛṇuta bhadraṃ vo niścayena suniścitam |
ātmajñānātparaṃ nāsti gurorapi ca tadvidaḥ || 105 ||

Rama said:—May ye all prosper, and know the most certain truth to which I have arrived; that there is nothing better than the knowledge of the self, and none superior to the preceptor from whom it is derived.
