The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

मांसादिपार्थिवं भागं पृथिव्यां प्रविलापयेत् ।
आप्यं रक्तादिकं चाप्सु तैजसं तेजसि क्षिपेत् ॥ ६ ॥

māṃsādipārthivaṃ bhāgaṃ pṛthivyāṃ pravilāpayet |
āpyaṃ raktādikaṃ cāpsu taijasaṃ tejasi kṣipet || 6 ||

Let him cast off in his mind, the earthly substance of his flesh and bones to the earth; and commit the liquid part of his blood to the water, and the heat of his body to fire.
