The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.126.57

आर्यतायां मृतो योगी शुभसंकल्पसंभृतान् ।
भोगान्भुक्त्वा चिरं कालं योगवाञ्जायते पुनः ॥ ५७ ॥

āryatāyāṃ mṛto yogī śubhasaṃkalpasaṃbhṛtān |
bhogānbhuktvā ciraṃ kālaṃ yogavāñjāyate punaḥ || 57 ||

The venerable yogi dying in state of yoga, comes first to enjoy the fruition of good desires for a long time (in his next birth); and then becomes a yogi again.
