The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

एषा हि परिमृष्टान्तरन्यासां प्रसवैकभूः ।
द्वितीयां भूमिकां यत्नात्तृतीयां प्राप्नुयात्ततः ॥ ४१ ॥

eṣā hi parimṛṣṭāntaranyāsāṃ prasavaikabhūḥ |
dvitīyāṃ bhūmikāṃ yatnāttṛtīyāṃ prāpnuyāttataḥ || 41 ||

This stage being well managed, and all its parts being properly performed, introduces the succeeding stages.
