The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

स्वसंवेदनरूपा च षष्ठी भवति भूमिका ।
आनन्दैकघनाकारा सुषुप्तसदृशस्थितिः ॥ ४ ॥

svasaṃvedanarūpā ca ṣaṣṭhī bhavati bhūmikā |
ānandaikaghanākārā suṣuptasadṛśasthitiḥ || 4 ||

The sixth stage in one's consciousness of ineffable bliss, in which he is absorbed in a state of trance or sound sleep.
