The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

पदार्थमात्रं देहादि धिया संत्यज्य दूरतः ।
आशीतलान्तःकरणो नित्यमात्ममयो भव ॥ ७ ॥

padārthamātraṃ dehādi dhiyā saṃtyajya dūrataḥ |
āśītalāntaḥkaraṇo nityamātmamayo bhava || 7 ||

Be of an indifferent mind (udasina) with regard to your bodies and all external objects; and enjoy the cool composure of your soul, by betaking yourself entirely to your spirituality.
