The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

वितथानर्थविच्छेत्ता सारः प्रश्नस्त्वया कृतः ।
यदिदं दृश्यते किंचित्तन्नास्ति नृप किंचन ॥ ९ ॥

vitathānarthavicchettā sāraḥ praśnastvayā kṛtaḥ |
yadidaṃ dṛśyate kiṃcittannāsti nṛpa kiṃcana || 9 ||

Manu replied:—I see O king, that you have after a long time come to exercise of your reasoning, as it is shown by your proposing to me so important a question as this.
