The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

भृङ्गीश उवाच ।
भगवन्देवदेवेश सर्वज्ञ परमेश्वर ।
यदहं परिपृच्छामि कृपया तद्वदाशु मे ॥ ६ ॥

bhṛṅgīśa uvāca |
bhagavandevadeveśa sarvajña parameśvara |
yadahaṃ paripṛcchāmi kṛpayā tadvadāśu me || 6 ||

Bhringi said:—Deign to explain to me, my lord, what I ask thee to tell for my knowledge; for thou knowest all things, and art the God of Gods.
