The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.114.26

नापूर्वं विद्यते किंचित्सत्यमित्येव भावयन् ।
यद्यत्करोषि तद्विद्धि चिन्मात्रममलं ततम् ॥ २६ ॥

nāpūrvaṃ vidyate kiṃcitsatyamityeva bhāvayan |
yadyatkaroṣi tadviddhi cinmātramamalaṃ tatam || 26 ||

Know that there is nothing anew, in whatever thou dost or seest or thinkest upon; all of which proceed from the inherent intellect which is displayed in all things, and in all the actions and thoughts of men.
