The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.112.29

कुण्डमप्यस्य कालेन केनचिन्नाशमाययौ ।
तेजसेव तमस्तेन कुण्डाकाशं शुशोच सः ॥ २९ ॥

kuṇḍamapyasya kālena kenacinnāśamāyayau |
tejaseva tamastena kuṇḍākāśaṃ śuśoca saḥ || 29 ||

His tub also was broken down in course of time, by some wild animal;and thus he lost all his stays, as the darkness and the dews of night, are dispelled and sucked up by the solar light and heat.
