The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.112.26

कूपाकाशप्रलापान्ते कुम्भं शीघ्रमथाकरोत् ।
कुम्भाकाशपरो भूत्वा स्वयं निर्वृतिमाययौ ॥ २६ ॥

kūpākāśapralāpānte kumbhaṃ śīghramathākarot |
kumbhākāśaparo bhūtvā svayaṃ nirvṛtimāyayau || 26 ||

He then constructed a hollow pot, and took his residence in its open bowel, and adapted his living to its narrow limits.
