इदं सुखमिदं नेति मिथुने क्षयमागते ।
सममेव पदे शान्ते तिष्ठामीह यथासुखम् ॥ ७० ॥

idaṃ sukhamidaṃ neti mithune kṣayamāgate |
samameva pade śānte tiṣṭhāmīha yathāsukham || 70 ||

It is only after I have lost my feeling of pleasure in something, and that of pain in another, that I gain my equanimity and indifference to both, and am settled in my perfect rest and tranquillity.
