The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

उपविष्टं ददर्शैनं नृपं हेमशिलातले ।
समाधिसंस्थमेकान्ते मनाग्विकसितेक्षणम् ॥ १७ ॥

upaviṣṭaṃ dadarśainaṃ nṛpaṃ hemaśilātale |
samādhisaṃsthamekānte manāgvikasitekṣaṇam || 17 ||

She came out and saw the prince sitting in a crag of the mountain, in the posture of his intense meditation, and with both his eyes open.
